building from the ground up
Real, lasting employment outcomes begin with building purpose, cultural strength, and the right foundations.
why foundations
Our program empowers Indigenous jobseekers to build the essential life skills, self-belief and resilience required to move beyond short-term placements and into sustainable employment.
Through culturally grounded guidance tailored to each individual’s journey, we strengthen identity, capability and work readiness — equipping participants not only to secure a job, but to stay, grow and succeed within it.
The Foundations Program is designed to help people build strength, confidence, and practical skills for life, work, and community.
We know that taking the next step toward employment, training, or independence can feel challenging. Foundations creates a safe, supportive space where participants can discover their strengths, connect with culture, and learn everyday skills that help keep them in work and enjoying work, over the long term.
