FOR EMPLOYERS
A program to support employers with understanding cultural diversity in the workplace, bystander effect and managing team dynamics - to help create happier, healthier teams.
About the program
USING SPORT TO CONNECT & UNITE
We take a unique approach to personal growth by sharing lived experience of First Nations NRL and NRLW athletes who are skilled in teamwork and managing change, to connect and unite.
Through sharing knowledge and personal accounts, we humanise the experience with the intent to create change through understanding.
